Rachael Blackmore and Henry De Bromhead continue to have a successful Festival as Envoi Allen comes through towards the end to win the Ryanair Steeplechase by a few lengths.
Dual Festival winner Shishkin was the favoured by the bookies after storming a 16-length victory in the Ascot Chase last month but after struggling to find a position and clipping the second last fence was forced to settle for second place this time out.
Many punters’ faith in the favourites has been challenged today, with Shishkin yet another favourite who has failed come out on top in today’s races.
Teahupoo is the favourite for the next race, the Stayer’s Hurdle at 15:30 but I wouldn’t be confidently putting 10 grand on the favourite this time around…
