Manchester United have announced the appointment of Ralf Rangnick as interim manager until the end of the season.
Rangnick will also stay at Old Trafford for a further two years in a consultancy role when his period as interim ends in June.
United reached a full agreement with Lokomotiv Moscow for Rangnick’s release last week.
The club will continue their search for a permanent manager with Mauricio Pochettino being earmarked as their first choice.
