Itβs a dream ending to a stellar career for fan favourite Honeysuckle who won the David Nicholson hurdles in dramatic fashion, just one and a half lengths ahead of Love Envoi.
The odds-on favourite started well alongside Love Envoi and the pair battled it out at the front throughout the race.
As they came onto the home straight, Love Envoi took the lead and looked likely to go clear, however with just a few lengths left to go, Honeysuckle pulled it back magnificently to sign off a wonderful career.
