Teahupoo ridden by Jack Kennedy took the win at the highlight race of day three at Cheltenham Festival.
Kennedy’s horse was the clear favourite on the day at odds of 5/4, with second placed Flooring Porter coming in at 9/1 and third placed Home By The Lee at 16/1.

Jockey Kennedy, speaking to ITV Sport said:
“He’s an amazing horse, he makes my job very easy.
“You can put him where you want in a race and he jumps great. He’s a pleasure to ride.”
On his relief at riding a winner:Β

Talking about his frustration at not winning for a while:
“I wasnβt too bad, because the horses have been running well, but it started to get a little bit annoying yesterday evening. Itβs brilliant to get off the mark now.”
Owner Robcour and trainer Gordon Elliott will take home a purse of Β£182,000.
