The final day of the Cheltenham Festival means that it’s Gold Cup day!
Day three saw the British dominate as Harry Skelton took two wins on, drawing level with Paul Townend with four wins at the festival.
Gordon Elliott took his first win of the 2024 Festival as his horse Teahupoo took victory in the Paddy Power Stayers’ Hurdle.
Thursday also saw former Manchester United Manager Sir Alex Ferguson take two wins, with Monmiral handing the football icon his first festival win from 25/1, shortly after he took another victory as Protektorat beat favourite Envoi Allen in the Ryanair Chase.
Seven races will take place on the final day of the festival today, but it’s the 15:30 Gold Cup that has everyone excited.
