The Europa League quarter-final and semi-final draws have taken place this morning with all eyes on English sides Liverpool and West Ham.
It’s an all-Italian quarter-final in the first draw as Stefano Pioli’s AC Milan host Roma.
Jurgen Klopp’s final European tour continues as they are handed a tie against Italy’s Atalanta.
West Ham have a very tough test on their hands as they draw Xabi Alonso’s unbeaten men, Bayer Leverkusen.
To finish the quarter-final draw, Roger Schmidt’s face a tie against the French side of Marseille.
For the semi-finals, the winner of draw one, Liverpool vs Atalanta, will face either Benfica or Marseille.
The winner of this tie will be considered as the home team for the Dublin final.
The final draw will see either AC Milan or Roma face Bayer Leverkusen or West Ham.
An all English-club final is still on the cards as Klopp could face David Moyes in one of his final games with the Reds.
However, West Ham will have a difficult time ahead of this as they look to defeat an undefeated Xabi Alonso side who sit 10 points clear at the top of the league.
If Alonso’s Leverkusen can combat Moyes’ men, the highly anticipated Liverpool vs Leverkusen final is well and truly on.
With Alonso highly sought after, it is likely the former midfielder will depart the club in the summer with Liverpool rumoured to be interested.
Could Klopp meet his potential successor in the final in Dublin on Wednesday, May 22?
