Seddon has won the Magners Plate Handicap Chase at 20/1, as Fugitif finishes in second place.
It felt at one point that last years winner Coole Cody had potential to do something special as he led for a large portion of the race but faded away near the end.
Shakem Up’arry had a real chance at the end there alongside Fugitif but ultimately it was Seddon who came out strongest.
Speaking to ITV Racing, Winning Jockey Ben Harvey said: “They hit the line really well, I couldn’t believe how well I travelled there. That was unbelievable. From all the jockeys.”

Seddon had 20/1 odds to win, and caused another big upset as jockey Harvey rode over the line to first place.
