“I think I passed out, just having a bit of banter with the fans but it’s nice to get that off our backs isn’t it?
“I’ll watch it back but I thought my lads gave me absolutely everything I thought that we had to fight we got bodies going down, I got busted noses busted eyes they put their bodies on the line and when you’re a manager of a club you want players to represent you.”
“Yeah listen massive monkey off our back getting that goal that gives everyone a lift against an experienced Derby team the lads have given me everything they have.
Unfortunately for the Robins, it was Curtis Nelsons effort that cancelled out their goal in the seventh minute of added time.
This point doesn’t change Cheltenham Town’s fortunes as they do still remain bottom of League One with two points to their name.
Cheltenham Town look to face Cambridge United who currently sit in 15th, six points above relegation.
“A lot of pleasing aspects how we dugged in and held out but I’m not kidding myself it’s a hell a lot of work to continue to keep going,” he continued.
