Dinoblue ran well throughout as Mark Walsh brought him home to win the Mrs Paddy Power Mares’ Chase off a price of 6/4.
Allegorie De Vassy was running alongside and going well until it fell at the last, allowing Dinoblue to cruise home and win as many had hoped and expected.

“It’s her fourth time at the Festival, her fourth time to be favourite. I’m just relieved for her that she got her head in front today.
“Paul’s mare always jumps right so I was just in the pocket behind him. I was happy with the nice, even gallop, the better ground this year to this one, she just travels around here much better. (…) She’s a great little mare, if you can get more like her you know you’ve been doing alright.”
