Dame De Compagnie has won the Coral Cup Handicap Hurdle after a fantastic final charge.
The Nicky Henderson-trained horse, rode by Barry Geraghty, had a sprint at the last hurdle with Black Tears, but won by two lengths in the end.
After yet another false start, the racing eventually got underway and it was Alfa Mix who took the early lead, closely followed by Top Moon.
However, it was Dame De Compagnie who came through as 7/1 favourite, with one of the favourites, Champagne Well, falling with two hurdles to go.
Thosedaysaregone came in third but was never really close to the top two in the last sprint.
