Stuivenberg and Strudwick are well-known to Giggs, having previously had spells at Manchester United.
Ashley Williams will remain as captain, despite criticism of his performances in recent months for Everton.
The China Cup will be contested between Wales, Czech Republic, Uruguay and hosts China.
