Cheltenham Town assistant manager Russell Milton admits that Chesterfield will be out to get them on Saturday.
The Spireites come into the League Two match sitting joint-bottom of the table, and Milton believes that their desperation will cause them go all-out attack at Whaddon Road.
“Overall it’s a tough job for Jack Lester and he’s just got to find that right formula,” said Milton.
“A couple of months ago I thought he found it but they seem to go ahead in matches and then lose that lead.
“I think they’ll be coming at us at some point because they need to win the game.”
Chesterfield are six points off safety with nine games to play, despite having one of the largest budgets in League Two.
But Milton admits that spending money does not necessarily lead to success.
“We’ve had it here before with players on decent money [who] haven’t performed so it’s about finding that right blend,” he added.
“You need to get the right blend because it doesn’t matter whether someone is on a small wage or earning a few bob it’s getting that mixture of experience and youth.”
Chesterfield haven’t found that this year yet and a change of manager often brings a change of players with it.

In their last match, the Robins enjoyed a 3-0 win away against Swindon town in League Two and will be hoping to carry that momentum in to Saturday’s game.
