Tom Field could be back in contention for Cheltenham following the youngsters injury and Kevin Dawson could make is return for the Robins. However, Cheltenham’s goal-scorer from the weekend Tyrone Barnett may be out of the tie due to a dead leg.
Oldham are still without Ousmane Fane and Andy Taylor, with the pair suffering from chronic injury issues, however Taylor’s understudy Rob Hunt has been performing well covering him at left-back.
Both sides will be desperate for the win, as Cheltenham will look to climb up the table and away from the relegation zone, whilst Oldham will aim to please the home supporters with a win, as Frankie Bunn’s attempt to bounce straight back into League 1 has been limp so far this season.
