Podcast: England’s wicket keeper conundrum – The Park Life cricket show

England take on South Africa in a four match test series this winter, with Joe Root leading the side after the grueling Summer of cricket.

After England succumbed to a 1-0 series defeat in New Zealand, England will be hoping for a better result in their second successive away series.

Join Joe, Adam and special guest Jack Russell who talk you through what to expect from the England squad which was announced earlier this month.

There’s a focus on the wicket keeping situation as Jonny Bairstow returns to the side having missed the tour of the Black Caps.

The team also look at England’s bowling strengths with Mark Wood and James Anderson returning to the setup after the pair missed the Ashes with injury.

And finally they talk batting and there’s a special mention for 2019’s Sport Personality of the Year.
