Game on! Gloucester City vs King’s Lynn Town to go ahead

Gloucester City have confirmed tonight’s clash with King’s Lynn Town will be played, following a pitch inspection at midday.

The fixture risked postponement with the presence of Storm Ciara, which yesterday saw the cancellation of the majority of matches at all levels across the country.

The hosts took to Twitter to inform supporters the game is set to go ahead before they made the trip to Evesham.

Gloucester go into this evening having picked up their first win in five games after they beat Bradford PA 2-1 just two days ago.

The visitors sit at the top of the Vanarama National League North and saw their 34-game home unbeaten run come to an end last time out, losing 2-0 to Kidderminster Harriers.
