Could Johan Ackermann become the next head coach of Gloucester Rugby?
South African Rugby journalist Brenden Nel reckons so.
In an interview with the current Emirates Lions coach, Ackermann confirmed he had received an offer to coach the Cherry and Whites.
The 46-year-old said: “I am in the process of looking at all of the pros and the cons and I will make a decision sooner, rather than later.”
“I do not want the team to be distracted because we have a tournament to perform in.
“We will make the call if the time is right.”
Former Springbok could be the successor to Laurie Fisher who left the Premiership club earlier on this month.

Speaking exclusively to ParkLife Sport Nel said: “The way he was talking to us, it sounded very much like he was going to seriously consider it.”
