Cheltenham’s Checkatrade Trophy tie with Leicester U23s has been moved due to the champions’ European commitments.
The Robins were scheduled to host Leicester on December 6 in the Northern Section 2nd round.
But the last-32 game will now be played in the New Year because the Premier League title winners say they do not have enough players to call on due to their Champions League and Uefa Youth League commitments.
The Foxes face Portuguese giants Porto on December 7 as they attempt to seal their place in the Champions League knockout phases.
Gary Johnson’s side finished first in Northern Group A, beating Everton U23’s and Bolton Wanderers 2-1 and 1-0 – picking up £20,000 in prize funds.
The Foxes finished runners up in Northern Group H to League One Walsall as The Saddlers came away from The King Power stadium with a 1-0 win in the final round of fixtures.
